I believe in karma and that this isn’t our only existence as we know it. I believe in past lives and what we do with our time has consequence for what is to come.

I also believe that our primary responsibility in this world is to be as kind as we can towards others. In all of our suffering we can find joy - even in the tiny grains of life.

1 Tiny Grain represents the abundance of our world, the impermanence and the finer details that constitute a much larger picture of what we can barely even imagine.

My purpose is to share as much knowledge and kindness with others through what I have experienced and drawn personal wisdom and enlightenment. Making this world a better place begins with ourselves and giving that away sweetly without expectation.

I offer my gratitude and appreciation to all who have taught me to be a better human being through a shared experience that can sometimes be difficult and challenging but ultimately filled with love, forgiveness and humility. We are one and that begins within.
